I made an appointment on line and was there early. There were supposed to be a several stylists available but there was only one. I waited about 25 minutes and to leave. I was on my lunch hour and really don’t have any spare time to waste. I called the location later and was told that people didn’t show up and that’s just the way it is! Very frustrating!

Had appointment time give to me through the mobile app. Was there 20 min prior to my appointment time. After waiting an extra 20 min after my appointment time, I finally left and went to another Sports clips and it was 0 min wait. I think some people were late and the people there did not adjust. I will never go to this Sports Clips again.
